After the year 1990, AL-Zawiah diversified its business activity into several other fields , and added those new activities to its commercial registration No:4030020556, such as import/export of different merchandize, the marketing of local and international products for others, entrepreneurial activities, the execution of small contracts and representation of foreign companies, commission agents and brokerage.

The brokerage section is providing multi-purpose services such as introducing the local clients to international and local project financing companies or sourcing suitable and appropriate partner/investors to enter into a joint venture business project in compliance with the client’s financial requirement.

Under the commercial name of AL-Zawiah Trading & Marketing, we have signed agreements with some foreign financial consulting companies in Europe and in the United States of America, and also maintain contacts with several others whom have the capability in funding potential and viable projects either they do it directly through their own funds or through their investors/partners or they may execute it, through some of their affiliate/associates.

AL-Zawiah do not charge any up front-fees or any other kind of charges, in case of a serious and credible client whom have had already made his executive summary/business plan of his project prepared in a professional manner at the first stage communication, in order to obtain the approval for his project funding from the foreign/local financing body, which would be introduced through us and later on, after receiving the initial acceptance for funding his project he must be capable to produce the final feasibility study in case required by the financing party, but for any professional work that might be required by the client from our office at any time, shall be charged to the client’s account and paid up front, if and when required by the client himself.

AL-Zawiah, also introduces its services in exporting local made products to all countries wishing to import certain products as per their requirement and specification. We encourage the export of Saudi origin products either to the neighboring countries or to any importer worldwide.

Our services, include some credit facility for products of Saudi Arabian origin, we may give up to 180 days payment credit facility for shipments that exceed US$ 100,000.- in value; on condition of confirmed L/Cs. issued by a reputable and acceptable bank. (We negotiate for better rates that satisfies our potential client any time any where!). This credit facility shall be made available for genuine and reputable clients, through our associate against a small percentage for the services they render. We are also offer the opening of DCL and L/Cs on behalf of the importers against a very small fee and this is implemented through one of our business associates in USA.

We, also invite local and foreign manufacturers/suppliers to contact us if they wish us to market their products internally/externally through our marketing team.
