Return Policy

We have a very strict quality check done on all suits before they are shipped so the chances of shipping damaged products are less likely. Returns are case-specific and will be decided by the support team on duly considering the complaint.

Only Unused and Unstitched Dress Material can be returned if informed on the same day of delivery.

The product should reach us within 10 days from the date of delivery at our return address that we will send you via email.

Return cost will be borne by the customer except when a return is happening due to an error on our part like if we sent you a wrong or a damaged item. Our maximum return shipping cost liability will be ₹ 100/-.

Items under any offer, discount, or from our “SALE” category cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned except when we sent you a wrong or a faulty item. (Misprint, Beads or tassels coming out, uneven edges of dupatta, the difference in shade, the lesser fabric will not be considered as faulty or defective. )

Once confirmed by our executive, please dispatch the Items by any courier service you want to the address provided to you by our Executive. The Return parcel should reach us within 10 days from the date of delivery.

PLEASE MENTION THE ORDER NUMBER ON TOP OF THE PACKAGE.

Once return is received and inspected – we will process refunds etc as per store policy.

COLOR VARIATION :

No Guarantee on Color: Please note that the www.thealzawiahfashion.com does not give any sort of color or shade guarantee on fabrics. For any complaints related to color or difference in shade please contact respective designer directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of Order by Alzawiah

 Alzawiah.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price, delay in arrival of stock or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded (as per refunds policy) and the customer shall be informed of the same.

Cancellation by Customer

Incase of cancellation from customer’s side, 24 hours window is provided to them to inform the team at Alzawiah through any of the following mediums-mail, phone call , WhatsApp messages, text message.

International Order (Shipped out of India)

Unfortunately – we will not be able to cancel , exchange or return any order which is shipped to outside India.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds of your order if approved by the team at Alzawiah will be credited to your bank account, details of which you can provide when asked for.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is shipped , tracking information will be sent to you via email or on your phone through Text message or Whatsapp message (if you are a regular whatsapp user). Please note that the tracking information on courier service provider’s website is normally available after 24 Business hours once the shipping label is created. Please note that the order status may show “Processing” till the time it is not delivered.

COVID -19

We will strive to deliver all orders as soon as possible , however Amid the Corona Pandemic Issue World Wide and specially in India – The Fashion Station – will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery or shipping of any product or processing of refunds , cancellations etc and for any reason beyond control. Our team will try to sort out any issue and we request your cooperation in this regard.
